2. User Responsibilities

As a user of CreatorMate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Own or have proper rights to all content you upload and publish through our platform
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions

3. TikTok Integration

CreatorMate integrates with TikTok through the official TikTok API. By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You authorize CreatorMate to access your TikTok account data and perform actions (such as publishing videos) as permitted by the TikTok API and your authorization scope
• Your use of TikTok through CreatorMate is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You may revoke CreatorMate's access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings
• CreatorMate is not responsible for content removal, account suspension, or other actions taken by TikTok on your TikTok account

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CreatorMate to:

• Upload or publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Use automated means to create multiple accounts or manipulate the service
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

CreatorMate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 百草集团 (Baicao Group) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you upload and publish through CreatorMate.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CreatorMate at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our service, or third parties. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorMate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for content published on TikTok through our service
• We are not liable for any third-party actions, including TikTok's platform changes or API limitations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorMate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of CreatorMate after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
